We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Please understand that when you no-shows or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we do miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. Clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. No-shows will be charged 100% of service, which is a non-refundable charge for that appointment. Thank you for understanding.
